"Chad" was born in Unadilla, Georgia in 1970. He attended Fullington Academy in Pinehurst, Georgia and graduated in 1988. Chad then went to Valdosta State University where he majored in Political Science and was a member and President of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
After graduating from Valdosta in 1992, Chad attended Mississippi College of Law in Jackson, Mississippi. Chad received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College of Law in 1995. After being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1995, Chad started working for Richard Moore & Associates in Marietta, Georgia doing domestic and criminal litigation. Chad then worked with Bill Rhymer in Conyers, Georgia, where he learned his love of Bankruptcy Law.
Chad then went out on his own, opening a practice in Stockbridge, Georgia in 1999, practicing a wide variety of areas of law but with a concentration on Bankruptcy.
In 2005, Chad and his wife, Ashley, created the Brannen Law Group, P.C. where the main focus and specialty of Law is Bankruptcy work. Having been a Bankruptcy Attorney in Atlanta since 1997, Chad has made many contacts and maintains his stellar reputation in the Bankruptcy Legal community.
Chad and his wife Ashley live in Atlanta with their sons, Candler and Carson and daughter Ellery.
