Ashley B. Brannen became Joseph Chad Brannen's law partner in 2005 with the formation of the Brannen Law Group, P.C. in the Stockbridge location. In 2009, Brannen Law Group, PC expanded to open the Morrow location as well. Ashley has been a licensed attorney since 2003.
Ashley practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Real Estate law, Domestic Law, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury.
Ashley is a native Georgian, having grown up in Atlanta, GA. She attended Woodward Academy for elementary through High School and completed her undergraduate studies at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she was an Executive member of Pi Beta Phi.
Ashley received her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University in 2003. Ashley interned at several law firms in Atlanta during her studies, including, Chamberlain Hrdlicka, LLP, Weener, Mason & Nathan LLP, and Fincher & Hecht, LLP. She also interned with the late Honorable Rowland W. Barnes of the Fulton County Superior Court. During her third year of law school, Ashley was sworn into the practice of law under the Georgia Third Year Practice Act, and represented clients in Domestic Relations and Domestic Violence.
Prior to joining her husband in forming the Brannen Law Group, P.C., Ashley was law clerk to the Honorable Matthew O. Simmons, Chief Superior Court Judge for the Clayton Judicial Circuit of Georgia.
Ashley is admitted to practice before all Courts in the state of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is also a member of the Georgia Bar, the American Bar Association, The Clayton County Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta, Junior League of Atlanta, Atlanta Phoenix Debutante Society Class of 1997, and continues volunteer work throughout Atlanta.
Ashley and her husband Chad reside in Atlanta with their three children, son Candler, son Carson and daughter Ellery.
